London, UK, 11 September 2015, "The Rising Tide" horse sculptures in the Thames attract crowds on bright sunny day. Sculpted by underwater sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor they have been commissioned to represent the part played by the river in the life of the city. The sculpture become submerged as the tide comes in. The arrogant businessmen on the horses represent the using up of the earths natural resources and the children the future that has to live with the consequences.
