Those zvho voted in the negative Smith, Stapp, Strain, Talbolf. Vandevere, Watt, Williams Wines ofv., Wines of G. & W.,andMr. Speaker—59. So said resolution and pending amendnnent were not indefinitely post-poned. Mr. Bloomfield then withdrew his proposed anfiendmcnt. On motion of Mr. Hubbard, the said resolution was laid on thetable.
