Gordale Scar, Yorkshire Dales
Gordale Scar is a dramatic waterfall that can be found approximately one mile north east of Malham village in the Yorkshire Dales, England. The Gordale Beck flows down from Malham Tarn through dramatic limestone landscapes and pavements, over the falls and beyond into the valley. It is possible to scale the waterfall as part of a popular Yorkshire Dales walk, but be prepared to get your feet wet.
