This im-pression was then waxed up to the desiredcontour of the tooth (see Fig. 15), re-moved, and invested on a fire-clay slab.(See Fig. 16.) A very good articulator, which I de-scribed in the Oesterreichische Zeit-schrift fur Stomatologic of last year, maybe made with a small brass hinge or withan ordinary bridge articulator. A sheet-metal tray is made to hold the fire-clayslab and soldered to the lower part ofthe articulator (Fig. IT). The pieceunder construction can thus be removedfor baking and returned to the articu-lator whenever a measurement is re-quired. For baking
