The W end of Gorran Churchtown church, Cornwall, England, UK, dressed for Harvest Festival with a plough & wheat sheaves in October 1990. Looking through the W arch of the arcade between the nave & S aisle. In 2012, the Norman Bodmin type font of c 1180 was moved from the W end of the S aisle to in front of the Lady Chapel to make room for renovations at the back of the church. The decorated bowl of the font is supported by a central circular stem & four outer shafts with a carved head (mask) at each corner.
