Color dark green, irregularly striped; flesh bright red, remarkably firm. Pkt., 10 cts.; oz., 15 cts.; \ lb., 40 cts.; lb., $ 532 Blue Gem, or Iceberg. Somewhat resembles Kolb's Gem, but larger.
