Under the pro-visions of the act the State Department of Edu-cation is given the responsibility for the advise-ment, retraining and placement of persons whoare physically handicapped. The Act alsoamends the Workmens Compensation Law andprovides that the insurance carriers shall pay t/>the Industrial Commission the sum of $900 foreach person, who dies as a result of injuries re-ceived in industry, who has no dependents.
