ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 23, 2015) Coast Guardsmen assigned to the Military Sealift Command’s joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1) stand watch over a group of fishermen during a visit, board, search and seizure evolution as part of Africa Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership Feb. 23, 2015. Spearhead is on a scheduled deployment to the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of the international collaborative capacity-building program Africa Partnership Station.
