Siamese or Conjoined twins Radica-Doodica, also known as the Orissa sisters, who were joined at the chest (xiphopagus twins). Born in India in 1889, in 1893 they were purchased from their parents by the showman Captain Colman. In February 1902 they were separated as Doodica, right, was suffering from Tuberculosis. Radica survived the operation but died from Tuberculosis the following year. The operation was performed by the French surgeon Eugene Louis Doyen (1859-1916).
