The Chelsea Pensioner pub near to Stamford Bridge, home to Chelsea Football Club.

he Chelsea Pensioner Pub, on Fulham Road, in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, dates back to the mid 19th century and lies on the border with Hammersmith and Fulham. It was originally and until quite recently known as The Black Bull and has had a couple of other identities before becoming "The Chelsea Pensioner" in 2014. Being only 200m from Stamford Bridge, there has always been a strong association with Chelsea Football Club and that has been successfully re-established in recent years. There is no better place to go on a Chelsea home matchday than The Chelsea Pensioner, to get the buzzing pre-match football atmosphere. With our DJ playing all your favourite tunes, from a few hours out, right up to kick-off and then for most weekend games, win, lose or draw, into the evening after the game, it's always a great start and/or finish to your day out at Stamford Bridge.
