Ramon Carrasco and teammates from 390th Seaport Operations Company, based in Puerto Rico, lash a vehicle to the 2nd deck of the MV Cape Orlando (T-AKR2044) at the Port of Oakland, California, June 17, 2022 during roll-on/roll-off operations as part of Logistics Over the Shore (LOTS) during Combat Support Training Exercise. Roll-on/roll-off operations are an essential part of the LOTS mission with is a unified commander’s joint employment of Army and Navy assets to deploy and sustain a force.
