London, UK. 26th June 2016. As several Labour MPs resign from the Shadow Cabinet and call for Jeremy Corbyn to go, his supporters make clear on-line that he retains huge support among party members, and a few came to London to take part in hastily arranged protests of support, with more planned for Monday and later in the week. The protesters say the coup attempt is a long-planned Westminster game supported by some political commentators and that all Labour MPs should accept the huge mandate that members gave Corbyn and back him and the Labour Party - or leave it. A couple had brought large 'Keep CORBYN' posters, but others were writing them on the spot to hold up. Peter Marshall/Alamy Live News
