I took part in the Temple Stay program at the Donghwasa Temple near Daegu, South Korea. The area was so beautiful that I passed up a lot of the activities and just walked around on the trails, taking in the natural beauty of the surrounding hills. Peaceful and cathartic, meditating on nature.
