He has since licen admitted to practice in the federalas well as the state courts and his clientage is both large and is careful in the preparation of his cases, neglecting no point that mighthave a bearing upon the outcome of the trial, and in presenting his evidence islogical and forceful, and his record of cases won compares favorably with thatof any other attorney in the district.
