Moel Arthur Iron Age hillfort, a view looking north east over the entrance through the ramparts towards Deeside. The roughly circular fort covers about 2 ha/5 acres, and is suituated on a conical hill commanding Bwlch y Rhyfeinig to to the south. Its defences are mainly naturally steep scarps, except for two strong ditches and banks on the gentler northern slopes. A green track enters through the in-turned entrance on the North East side. Offa’s Dyke Path runs just east of Moel Arthur fort .
