Associated with atmospheric rain events occurred during a freezing winter night on the early hours of 2nd Feb 2015 image taken from a garden in Southsea Portsouth, UK. Possibly tiny ice particles hanging in the air providing the fuel for this rare natural phenomenon. Transitory in nature. True moonbows are independent of all terrestrially fixed geographical features such as waterfalls etc for their existence.
