Occasionally these smallcysts may be bilocular {see Fig. 359). The contents consist of analbuminous, clear, straw-coloured fluid, which is derived mainly bytransudation from the vascular theca interna. When an epitheliallining persists {see Fig. 359), it wiU contribute by its secretion to thefluid contained in the cyst.
