Light-ing circuits will be strung below the transmission lines, and willrequire no special anchorage at the power house end. In orderto provide greater security to passing trains a steel tower willbe erected upon the river bank, which will considerably shortenthe clear river span. The shore anchorage is constructed of 40-ft. pol
