Burringurrah (Mt Augustus, 1105m), is a large Inselberg on Wadjari land in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia
Isolated Burringurrah, on Wadjari land, Western Australia, is twice the size of Uluru and rises 717m above the desert. Inselberg means "island mountain" and the monolith is actually an asymmetrical anticline of folded rock pushed into an arch shape.
