AUSTIN, Texas -- Texas Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. John F. Nichols, transfers the 36th Infantry Division Colors to incoming Division Commander, Maj. Gen. S. Lee Henry, and bid farewell to outgoing commander Maj. Gen. Lester Simpson during a Change of Command ceremony held on the Texas Capitol steps Saturday, July 15 in Austin.
