Cowbridge Physic Garden is located in the centre of town within the Old Hall grounds. Landscaping and construction started in Aug 2005, planting started in Sept 2006. The garden layout is typical of the 18th century, only plants found in Britain prior to 1800 are included. Plants used for medicinal, culinary, cosmetics, perfumery and dyestuffs are laid out in beds specific to the part of the body they are used on.
