Donald McKinney of the California Army National Guard’s 1st Battalion, 143rd Field Artillery Regiment, Joint Task Force 115, concentrates while applying a COVID-19 vaccination to a Tehama County, California, resident March 26, 2021 at the Community and Senior Center in Red Bluff.
