SEA (July 18, 2018) A Marine assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 162 (Reinforced) sprays down an AV-8B Harrier II jet, attached to the Italian Navy’s Grouppo Aerei Imbarcati (GRUPAER), on the flight deck of the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), July 18, 2018. Iwo Jima, homeported in Mayport, Florida, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
