Corporal P. G. Carnochan of the Signal Corps captured this image on September 2nd, 1918. The photograph shows the Number H First Quartermaster's Depot in Paris, which was previously evacuated but is now occupied by the Issue Commissary Subsistence Branch Office of the Depot Quartermaster. The depot's address changed from 64 Quai as Dilly to 84 Avenue de Tokyo on July 4th. The photograph was passed by the censor, although the exact date of this is unavailable. Notes 2-4 accompany the image.
