ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Air Force Staff Sgt. Joshua Bynum, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron heavy equipment operator, guides a power screed over wet concrete Oct. 10, 2013. Bynum guided the power screed along the concrete to push down the mixture and help level the surface. The 97th laid new concrete over an access road, which saved the base thousands of dollars in contracting costs.
