Pittsburgh, of White Star Lines was known as the Electric Ship. She was oil fueled but almost all other services aboard were electric. She operated between Hamburg, Southampton, Halifax and New York. One of a set of fifty cigarette cards produced in 1924 under the title Merchant Ships of the World. Produced by and Wills of Bristol and London, a part of Imperial Tobacco Company of Great Britain and Ireland Limited.
