A pair of cased percussion pistols, a present to Constable John Boulton, Birmingham, 1839 Rifled barrels with flattened tops in mm calibre, bores with good groove/land profile, engraved and decorated with gold band inlays over the chamber, the barrel tops featuring the owner's name. Percussion locks engraved with fine scrolling leaves. Beautifully grained walnut stocks with remains of bluing and en suite engraved iron furniture. Hinged ramrods. Length cm.
