Sign at the entrance to a Closed Buick Pontiac GMC Dealership in San Jose, CA. Capitol Buick Pontiac GMC, a General Motors Automobile Dealership, closed abruptly in December of 2008. General Motors (GM) has presented a restructuring plan to the Congress along with a request for Government Financial aid to avoid bankruptcy. The restructuring plan included closing more than 1,500 underperforming dealerships in the United States.
