Maj. Gen. David Lesperance, the commanding general of the 2nd Infantry Combined Division, and Command Sgt. Maj. Shawn Carns, the senior enlisted advisor of the 2ID, present the “2nd Infantry Combined Division Outstanding Spouse Volunteer of the Year” to Mrs. Amanda Nguyen.
