Birmingham 11th June 2023 - A large ominous storm cloud encroached the city of Birmingham on Sunday afternoon. A huge cloud shelf could be seen as the squall rolled in on 11 June 2023. A bubbling cauldron began to form under the cloud along with a pick up of wind, a sign of an approaching storm. Heavy rain and lightning soon followed with a rumbling of thunder too. England has seen high temperatures over the weekend with thunderstorms bringing the temperatures back down to normal. Credit: Stop Press Media/Alamy Live News
