Tower block flats in Ferrers Close Coventry that are are under threat to be demolished under plans to improve the area. Tennants have been told they may be forced to move out.

Three Coventry tower blocks look set to be demolished after years of residents dealing with 'horrendous' mould, damp and flooding. Citizen Housing recently confirmed that they are reviewing the future of the flats on Ferrers Close in Tile Hill. In a letter, the housing company admitted that the flats 'require significant improvement works.' Citizen added they are aware that the properties are difficult to heat and poorly insulated.
