The building is built in Art Nouveau style by architect Charles Andre, the front window was designed by his son Emile Andre and built by cabinetmaker Eugene Vallin between 1899 and 1901, with peacock feathers sculpted on the facade located at the angle of Rue saint Jean and Rue Raugraff
