The icon of the Annunciation also dated from the middle of the 18th century on the Prothesis in the altar is seen in the background. The wooden church was built in 1502-1510 the village of Habura near Medzilaborce, Eastern Slovakia. In 1744 the church was sold and moved to the nearby village of Malá Pol'ana.
