The Lost Guzzardi Portrait of Vice Admiral Lord Nelson is exhibited at the Philip Mould gallery in London after it has been restored showing Admiral Lord Nelson's facial scarring and missing eyebrow he sustained at the Battle of the Nile in 1798 fighting the French fleet of Napoleon. The painting was rediscovered from an American private collection by art dealer and presenter of BBC programme Fake or Fortune, and had previously been painted over which included the removal of paint that had covered up Lord Nelson's blemishes Credit: amer ghazzal/Alamy Live News
