CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (April 28, 2021) Chief Personnel Specialist Teena Porter, from Amarillo Texas, assigned to Camp Lemonier Djibouti, receives her anchors from Senior Chief Gunner's Mate Doug Gearing during the Chief Petty Officer promotion ceremony held at 11-D, the recreation center on base. Camp Lemonnier is a joint forward operating site, run by the Navy, that supports commands engaged in a wide range of operations across Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean.
