In 1912. the citizens of Orange voted a bond issue joi $50,000; and of that sum$30,000 was spent in supplying cast-iron pipe and hydrants, and $20,000 for erectingnew reinforced-concrete buildings and installing boilers, as well as for a 2, pumping engine, and a 600,000 gallon reinforced-concrete storage wisely was all selected, and so successfully installed, that everything in the plantnow works to perfection.
