Black-brown; palpi white at base ; tegulae with crimson spots; coxee yellowish white ; abdomen yellowish laterally at base, then with broad lateral crimson stripes, the ventral surface yellowish white. Fore wing with wedge-shaped hyaline patch in cell, an elongate patch below the cell, and four streaks beyond the cell between veins 3 and 7. Hind wing hyaline ; the veins and margins brown ; a brown patch in cell; the terminal band expanding to apex and slightly below vein 2.
