KEYPORT, Wash. (Nov. 18, 2016) Cmdr. Andy Wiest, from Anderson, South Carolina, properly relieves Capt. Robert Jezek, from Fairfield, Ohio, as commanding officer of Naval Submarine Support Center (NSSC) Bangor during a change of command ceremony at the Naval Undersea Museum. NSSC has been supporting and keeping the Navy Region Northwest silent service mission ready since February 2004.
