Fore wing grey suffused with black-brown and with a faint reddish tinge, the medial area except beyond the reniform and the costal haU' of postmedial area darker; subbasal line bhickish, doiible, filled in with grey, from costa to median nervure; antemedial line double filled in with grey, slightly waved and somewhat oblique ; orbicular hardly traceable, rounded ; reniform with its centre slightly defined by blackish and faint pale annulus ; an indistinct diff'used blackish medial line; postmedial line double, black filled in with grey, bent outwards below costa, excurved to vein 4, then incurved and erect below vein 3, some whitish points beyond it on costa ; subterminal line whitish, defined on inner side by black-brown suffusion except on inner area, excurved at vein 7 and middle and angled inwards in discal fold ; a terminal series of small black lunules ; cilia fuscous brown. Hind Aving fuscous brown ; an indistinct oblique whitish line just beyond middle except on costal area ; a waved blackish terminal line ; cilia with a fine pale line at base ; the underside brownish grey irrorated with brown except at base, a blackish discoidal spot and curved minutely waved postmedial line.
