The Leeuwekop symbolizes the pride, the dragon eyes stand for the wrath, the lack of the right hand strikes the voicity and the back of a boar is the unchastity. On either side of the head the text: Figura de Septe Peccatis Mortalibus. The way in which the sample has been proposed in part on a poem by Hans Sachs: 'der Eygennutz, Das Grewlich Thier', 1535. At the bottom of text in Dutch in three columns.
