Anthony Calandra, commanding officer of Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron (VAQ) 139, participates in one of 10 community relations projects in Hong Kong. Working for four hours alongside 18 other Sailors assigned to USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), Calandra was able to help assist in renovating spaces at the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children.
