Members of the 7th Engineer Dive Detachment command team await commands form the ceremony’s dive supervisor during the unit’s change of command ceremony Dec. 8. The unique unit, which falls under the 8th Theater Sustainment Command’s 130th Engineer Brigade, changed leadership underwater at Scott Pool on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam.
