Hurricane Katrina, Baton Rouge, LA, April 10, 2006 - In the middle of the Uptown Strutters Band stands Rabbi Barry Weinstein who has just dedicated a tent at the Baton Rouge Airport Trailer Park #2 to be used by the residents in this FEMA temporary housing site for gatherings and events.
