Nikola Pittara pasteurises milk and makes cheese in his creamery in the village of Melanes on the island of Naxos in the Cyclades archipelago of Greece on 12 March 2023. Founded in 1970 by his father, Nikola Pittaras s family dairy and livestock farm is now a modern cheese factory producing cheese typical of the Aegean sea region. Nikola Pittara pasteurise du lait et fabrique du fromage dans sa cremerie au village de Melanes sur l ile de Naxos dans l archipel des Cyclades en Grece le 12 mars 2023. Fondee en 1970 par son pere, la laiterie et l elevage familiale de Nikola Pittaras est aujourd hui une fromagerie moderne produisant du fromage typique de la region de la mer Egee.
