131023-N-UE250-531: MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Oct. 23, 2013) - Military Sealift Command civil service mariners move away from an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, from the Dragon Whales of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 28, after placing chalks during evening flight quarters aboard the 6th Fleet flagship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20). Mount Whitney, homeported in Gaeta, Italy, is currently underway conducting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
