SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 17, 2018) The official party renders honors as the Naval Hospital Guam color guard parades the colors during a change of command ceremony at the Naval Base Guam theater, Aug. 17. From right to left: Capt. Timothy Poe; Rear Adm. Daryl Caudle, commander, Submarine Forces, Pacific Fleet; Capt. David Schappert; and Navy Chaplain Lt. Klint Johnson of USS Frank Cable (AS 40). Poe relieved Schappert as the commanding officer of SUBRON 15. SUBRON 15 is located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam in Apra Harbor, Guam, and consists of four Los Angeles-class attack submarines.
