Air Force Staff Sgt. Adam Boucher, embarked aboard the USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), constructs a frame for building training centers during an engineering civic assistance mission in Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua, on Aug. 16, 2008. The Kearsarge, which is deployed with various embarked units and nongovernmental organizations, is supporting the Caribbean phase of Continuing Promise 2008, an equal partnership mission between the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Brazil, Nicaragua, Panama, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
