An Indian matchlock gun 18th/19th century. Long, smooth round barrel in 13 mm calibre with ornamentally cut muzzle and lateral powder pan. At the breech and in front of the muzzle floral (partly rubbed) gold inlays. Iron, slightly engraved lock housing with cut trigger guard. Slender wooden stock made from dark rosewood with few ivory inlays at the butt (flaws). The barrel attached by means of cord winding, cut iron ramrod.
