NORFOLK, Va. (Dec. 16, 2018) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Forest Sherman (DDG 98) returns to homeport after conducting a scheduled deployment. Forrest Sherman returns to Naval Station Norfolk following the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group’s (HSTCSG) deployment in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 2nd, 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
