Originated by the same gentleman who produced White Rambler, Mr. Peter Lambert, and is of the same blood. What is said of White Rambler applies equally to this, except the color of the flowers is pure shiny rose—the par- tially open buds being bright, light carmine, thus produc- ing a strong and pleasing contrast. "The numerous yel- low stamens lend an additional charm to the flower. In hardiness, freedom of bloom, form and color of flower and vigorous climbing habit, this variety is fully the equal of Crimson ; Price, 10 cents each; two-year plants, 25 cents. -» The New Hardy Yellow Climbing Rose, YELLOW RAMBLER. The flowers are borne in immense clusters, after the same manner as the Crimson Rambler, often as many as one hundred and fifty blossoms in a bunch, and the trusses have the same handsome pyramidal shape as those of the Crimson Rambler. The color is a decided yellow. Many roses which are described as yellow have really only a creamy tinge, but the Yellow Rambler is clear, decided yellow. The flowers are very sweet scented. The habit of growth is very vigorous, well established plants often making shoots of from eight to ten feet in height in a single season.
